How I think about this
I fix the work, not just the technology.
Most “AI transformation” advice starts with the tool and works backward to the problem. I work the other way. I look at where information moves through your business — customer intake, data, day-to-day admin, the tracking nobody quite keeps up with — and find what takes too long, what feels too manual, and what just plain annoys someone. Then we fix it. Sometimes the answer is AI. Often it’s a smarter process, a better tool, or something custom made just for you. I’ll tell you plainly which is which.
